1) COMPLETE THE APPLICATION:
a) Do NOT leave sections blank
b) Specify the STATE of your driver's license or ID.
2) CHOOSE FORM OF PAYMENT:
a) Use the "PayNow" button to remit your fee
OR
b) Complete and email the Credit Card Authorization Form
(signatures must be hand-written, not typed)
3) CONTACT THE LANDLORD for your results and a copy of your records. We do not issue decisions regarding tenancy.
Notices...
Results may be received in as little as 30 minutes or take up to 48 hours, depending on the applicant's location and completeness of information provided.
* By completing this form, the Applicant acknowledges this information will be given to the Landlord, Property Manager or real estate broker indicated.
** If the Landlord and property address for which you are applying cannot be verified by The Guillory Group Real Estate Firm, Inc., the background check will NOT be completed and a refund will be issued.
*** The Applicant will receive a copy of their report upon request, per Federal Trade Commission regulations.

Acquire your credit report, eviction reports or applicable criminal records and to share those documents only with the Landlord, Property Manager and broker. Your Information will NOT be sold to or shared with any company for any reason, in perpetuity.
