We like to keep things affordable. Your cost is unbelievably low. It's $50 per half hour for each person sitting in on the appointment. To be clear, we have a NO SPECTATOR POLICY.

You're responsible for being familiar with all Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Rules, The Real Estate License Act (TRELA) & relevant elements of the Texas Property Code.

How To Get The Most From Your Appointment

If we're meeting via Zoom, be sure to download the app and test your sound and camera.

Have all of your known questions written down, in advance.

If you’re working on a transaction, be prepared to share the details so that we both have the same set of information. Confidentiality will be maintained.

Refunds & Cancellations

Unused time can used in a future session. An email will be sent to confirm remaining time. Notify us via e-mail when you want to redeem unused time. Pro-rated refunds will not be given.

Cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment will not get an automatic refund. Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance will be granted a refund, no questions asked.
