You acknowledge that you will consult with your client and your broker before moving forward with any strategies discussed in our coaching session. Be aware of any changes in laws and TREC rules that may affect those strategies.

We keep pricing affordable at just $50 per half hour per attendee. This means no spectators. Recording of our session in any format is not permitted. Why? Real estate laws change & what we discuss today may not apply in the future.

You're responsible for being familiar with all Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Rules, The Real Estate License Act (TRELA) laws (The Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1101) & relevant elements of the Texas Property Code.
Coaching is $50 per half hour, per person — no contracts, no minimums, no hoops to jump through. Book what you need, when you need it. And, if in the first few minutes we realize your situation calls for an attorney or doesn't require a session after all, we’ll refund you right away.
1. Determine the Time You Need. First-time meetings typically require a full hour, but it's totally your call. Follow-ups are typically 30 minutes.
2. Select Date & Time. You’ll see a variety of morning and afternoon openings. (We rarely need to reschedule, but if something comes up, we’ll let you know.)
3. Submit Payment. Please include your cell phone number so we can reach you quickly if your appointment time needs to shift.
4. Check Your Email. Your Zoom link will arrive anywhere from 1 hour to 2 daysbefore our session.
NOTE: We're happy to review your documents for guidance, but detailed contract analysis isn’t part of coaching. Legal review requires the client to hire a licensed Texas attorney.


We know money doesn't grow on trees. Unused time can be used in a future session. An email will be sent to confirm remaining time. E-mail when you want to redeem your time. Pro-rated refunds will not be given. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment will not get an automatic refund. Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance will be granted a refund. Send cancellation requests to info@commercialleasing101.com. Refunds will be issued in the same manner original payment was made.
For our Zoom meeting, please download the app ahead of time and test your sound and camera. Have your questions written down in advance. If you’re working on a transaction, be ready to share the details so we’re working from the same information. Confidentiality will be maintained, but if something needs clarification, we may reach out to your broker for support. Legal advice can’t be provided to licensees per TREC Rules, and we're not able to recommend a specific attorney.
